All awards, certificates, and recognitions related to the South Asian Business Partnership Summit will be handed over directly during the official award ceremony. Participants must be present at the event to receive their awards.

Digital Certificates

Where applicable, digital certificates will be sent to the registered email addresses within 7 working days after the event.

Physical Awards (Trophies, Medals)

Physical awards (such as trophies, medals, or plaques) will only be handed over at the event venue. We do not provide courier services for the delivery of awards unless specifically arranged with the organizing committee.

Non-Attendance

If a participant is unable to attend the award ceremony, they must notify the organizers at least 7 days prior to the event. Special arrangements (such as collection by a representative or postal delivery) can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Any additional delivery costs must be borne by the participant.

Responsibility

The organizing committee is not responsible for lost or damaged awards once they have been handed over during the event.
